About Proof

Proof is building Blind Bite: an app and sticker program where independent restaurants offer a mystery dish at a fixed low price, and diners share their first-bite reveal.

We want quiet hours to become discovery hours. Our planned pilot starts with 10 local cafés and eateries, free setup, and one mystery dish per venue. Creators bring the reactions; restaurants bring the food and repost with permission.
